Canucks sign forward Anri Ravinskis to two-year entry-level contract

Vancouver Canucks general manager Patrick Allvin announced that the team has agreed to terms with forward Anri Ravinskis.

The 22 year-old and the Canucks have agreed to a two-year entry level contract starting in the 2025-26 season.

The 6’3 forward played in 68 games through two seasons with Ketterä, a team in the Mestis hockey league, where he recorded 51 points. Ravinskis also appeared in 16 playoff games, recording 10 points and eight penalty minutes with the team.

The Latvian native has also represented his country on multiple occasions and is currently on the 2025 Men’s World Championships roster.

“Finding European free agents like Anri is a good way for our organization to improve its depth,” Allvin said. The club “(likes) his size and body type”, aiming for a successful partnership in the NHL and alongside other talented forwards on the Canucks line.
