Does each main UFC event seem more lackluster these days?

I'm not talking about fight nights, I usually only have the main fight or the one before that anyway. I've rarely seen every fight on the main card of a fight night. For UFC 316, Sean vs Merab should be a great fight. Pena vs Harrison should be okay. Gastelum/Pyfer and Bautista/Mix are good fights but this doesn't seem like a banger card. I feel like each UFC card had all bangers for the main card. You wanted to tune in to each fight, not just the main event.
