Is it possible to score lower than 10-6?
I was looking just at the Wikipedia page for the 10-point-must system, and it doesn't describe why a judge(s) might score a loser lower than a 7, or even if that's permitted by the rules. Ansd if it's not, why? Or, more appropriately, why is it a TEN point system, and not a 0 through 3, if only 7, 8, 9, and 10 ever get used, anyway?
