Whats the story behind Aliaskhab Khizriev? 14-0 Dagestani, current least active fighter on the UFC roster….

Does anybody know anything about this guy? He has fought once in the last 5 years (in 2022). Was scheduled to fight Muradov in Feb 24, but Muradov got eye poked from the first strike. Khizriev hadn’t fought in 2 years at that time, took zero damage…..and now were 1.5 years on down the road and nothing. For a guy this skilled, it makes very little sense.
